Randall & Gaynor, Hathersage House: Somerset West

Gaynor booked me for her wedding more that 2 years ago. Unfortunately due to illness, brain surgery and a car accident they had to postpone their wedding another year. And then finally the glorious day came...

This couple ate their proverbial bag of salt already, so I can only imagine their marriage being one of lots of laughter and love!

Kaytlyn

I’m a wedding photographer and I love the romanticism and softness of the whole day. I try to reflect that in my photos. So when a friend asked me to take “fashion” photos for Kaytlyn‘s Model Portfolio I wasn’t sure that I’d be able to pull it off. These photos are not at all the soft, bright kind of photos wedding photos are but they have a sense of drama to them. And Kaytlyn’s really a classic beauty!

Jeanre, Nika & Zahn

These three bundles of joy were so full of life, that I got my weekly workout running after them! I have new respect for mommies of 2 year olds.

Pierre & Jomien: Laborie Paarl

Pierre & Jomien got married at the beautiful Laborie Wine Estate in Paarl. It was one of those absolutely magnificent, summer mornings you only get in South Africa. They had their reception on the terrace under white umbrellas and a slight breeze... absolutely picture perfect!

They where one of the easiest couples to photograph, they immediately understood what I wanted them to do and you could feel the love between them...

Neil & Kye Ling

Neil is a South African and Kye Ling is an Aussie, and they met each other in London where they shared a house. According to Neil they lived together in the house for quite a while before Kye “made the first move” on a night out together. They had two weddings, one in Australia and one in SA. And several batchelors and bachelorettes...

During the whole wedding there was constant, good natured bickering, about who is the best Rugby Team . . . Go Springboks! I am however sad to say that if there was a World Cup for shaking your booty - this Aussie Bride would have won hands down!
